Slacker....

I am desperately wanting to get back into my blogging entries... With the craziness called life... This has been extremely difficult!!.. But I do want to share with all of you the many changes in our life... I have taken the first steps into getting back on board... More changes to come later... Off to decorate our enormous tree and paint our bathroom!!... Hopefully the next time you hear from me it won't be in over a month!!!

Just some favorites!!

I just thought that I would post some of our favorite pictures from our special day!!.. There are really no words to describe what that day was for us. We shared it with so many important and loving people to us but in the same aspect some of the only moments we remember (without the help of pictures or video) are the ones that we were the most together!.. My favorite part was right before our vows Shawn just looked at me, smiled and said "As long as you're smiling I will be Okay"... I think I will remember that exact moment for all of my life!! I love my husband (and we have decided that it is still weird to refer to each other as spouses!!)... We are have an incredible beginning journey into married life!!!

Rehearsing The Big Day!!...

We had a wonderful evening with our families, bridal party/their significant others, dear friends and friends from Buffalo, South Carolina, Auburn, Georgia and the Burg!! We were able to share many memories the night before our "I Do's".. We held the rehearsal dinner at Phoenix on the Bay and had EXCELLENT food and a wonderful cake done by Karen Side from Alex Bay.. Eye's did not stay dry for long when dad, Shawn & I all tried very hard to give speeches... The key word was tried because Dad was the first person to speak and got about three words in before all of us were balling. We handed out thank you gifts to our parents and everyone in the bridal party, so that took a LITTLE bit of time!!.. I also received a wedding gift from Shawn, a GORGEOUS Swavorski Crystal necklace to wear on our wedding day! I also received a gift from my matron and bridesmaids... An amazing scrapbook starting with our engagement all the way up to the week of the wedding... I look at it often and cherish it always.. The rest of the post is all pictures but I think that the best way to describe moments is though film!!... Enjoy..

"It's Wedding Week...."

This was a phrase that was started by my little brother who went above and beyond to make sure that we all were having a good time during the week... Especially by making sure everyone's cup was full. We had such a good time all week long and through all the setup and little breaks to spend with friends. We had guests/friends/bridal party members arrive everyday of the week beginning on Monday. I am just going to post some of my favorite photos from the week. They range from setup photos, to opening gifts, to a little sandbar/boat day with four boats, to guys & girls day away from each other, to picking up the guys tuxes!! We can not give enough thanks to all of the dear people that helped us through the week and made our wedding day above any dreams that we had...
